Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may need to verify any information you provide before we accept an order.
Item availability and prices of all products sold at the GadgetCube.Com site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. (Price changes will not be retroactively applied to any outstanding or completed orders.)
Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Company Checks
We accept money orders, cashiers checks and company checks in U.K. Pounds or Euros. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks.
Bank Transfer
We accept domestic and international Bank transfers in GB Pounds only. Customers paying orders via Bank transfers payments must include an additional £12 Bank transfer fee Only if outside of the United Kingdom. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
Shipping Charges, Taxes
Separate charges for shipping and handling (If Applicable) will be shown on GadgetCube.Com invoice(s). The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes, associated with the order, if applied, however designated. Products delivered within the UK Include VAT. Additional import tax may also apply.
Title, Risk of Loss
Title to products passes from GadgetCube.Com to Customer on shipment from GadgetCube.Com facility. ClickshShop.Com is free of responsibility once the merchandise ordered leaves GadgetCube.Com facility. In the case of loss or damage that occurs during shipping, Customer is responsible for any insurance claims. If required we may assist.
Warranties
Each product is packaged with the manufacturers warranty and service information. Service information ie. Invoice(s) is needed for servicing with GadgetCube.Com which is valid only through GadgetCube.Com. |
